We are Jen + Leila, business partners and best friends of 30 years. In 2016 we founded Electric Pony Studios - a successful film, photo studio and event space in Los Angeles where people come to make creative visions come to life.
In the last 10 years, we’ve learned how to grow and run a business without blowing up the relationship behind it, but it took a lot of work and honest conversations. We were also lucky to have mentors along our journey help us navigate the tricky parts. Sometimes you just need other people on your team and in fact, it can mean the difference between success and failure.
